Conversations

Conversation at our house this morning:

Miss A: "Mom, I want to get married."

Me: "Okay, you can--when you get big."

Miss A: " I don't want to marry a BOY, just me."

J: "You can't marry yourself!"

Me: "Maybe when you're big you'll want to marry a boy...Why do you want to get married?"

Miss A: " I just do."

J: "I want a motorcycle!!"


I think there is much insight in that conversation.
