Broncos ready

Thanks to more sweet gifts from Grandma and Grandad, we are now all Broncos outfitted. J and I were the only two who didn't have Broncos shirts until now. I may not be that into sports (Ha), but I do like my shirt!

Chairs

J and A got new chairs this past month. J got his as an early birthday present from Grandma and Grandad while they were here and is very proud. Now he won't get third child syndrome since he has a chair of his own... Miss A's is the one my Aunt Carla painted and gave me when I was little. I also got my doll bed and high chair out of the attic. It almost made me cry--I've never had a girl to give things to, before.

She also really likes her new boots.

Yes

Yes, I'm still here. It's been a very busy month or so, but maybe I can get back to blogging a little bit now. I have a ton of pictures to post, but am too tired right now, so I'll just put one up of my getting-big-too-fast baby girl. I think she favors both her Grandma and her Grammie, but looks more like Grammie in this one. Maybe I'll be back soon....(don't hold your breath!).

Upwardly Mobile

She walks!! And we're all so proud. :)

I commented Monday to two people that she wasn't walking and didn't seem to want to, so of course, that night she had to prove me wrong. Where has my baby gone?????

Have we given up?

E's (fun) auction buy from yesterday for "plowing snow."

See the snowplow on the front? Me, neither.

But I have to admit, it has already come in handy.

And I'm picking out paint swatches at Lowe's--does it seem like we've given up?

Happy Birthday!

TJ turned 8 a couple of weeks ago. Hard to believe, but true. Halfway to 16. Sigh! It goes so fast. Anyway, he had his first sleepover to celebrate the occasion. Here are some of the pictures. Happy birthday! I love you!

Pumpkin pie and cheesecake were his "birthday cakes" of choice (my kind of cakes!).

The sleepover scene.

Popcorn scramble.

Breakfast--amazingly awake after staying up until 2:00 a.m.....

Pappy's boy.

Don't try to get a bunch of 7 and 8 year old boys to pose.

Happy birthday!

Trick-or-Treat

Yoda, Princess Butterfly (Thumbilina), short Clone, Clone

Finally convinced she's pretty enough to leave her costume on.

No slow children here.

It's all over but the parties....

Now that our season is done (except the pizza parties) I'm finally posting some fall soccer pictures. This was TW's first time to play, and though he was a little shy, he loved it and LOVED Coach Mooney. He made one breakaway goal and was so proud (especially since TJ has never made a "goalie") His group was all fun and no stress for us--in one game, a little girl even picked the ball up and moved it over after she missed a goal so she could try again. Pure fun!
